Musings of an Editor

I grew up a critical and voracious reader, and my passionate hobby eventually led me to pursue a career as an editor. Each new assignment is an opportunity to delve into another’s thought process, dissect their transformation of ideas into written realities, and help their work best engage and impact the targeted audience.

As an editor and proof reader, I regard the literary works submitted to me as a canvas painting that needs a few finishing touches. The artist has done most of the work; my part is to add more clarity, texture and colour to the painting for it to have the biggest impact. Whether it's a novel, novella, short story or blog, I strive to help you produce the best version of your work.
